A rare a beautiful French Victorian silver long Albertina chain with masterfully decorated ‘sliders’ depicting horses and their jockeys. The silver herringbone link chain to the central aspect of the piece are kept in place by two hexagonal sliders that move freely along the chain. Toward the t-bar terminal we see a section of belcher link chain adorned with a substantial graduated tassel fob again depicting the same horse and jockey motifs as with the sliders. A fabulous antique silver chain that is perfect for a trip to the races!
